HUD Labels
Are you selling your home and need the HUD verification label (tag) number? Shalimar Gardens HOA does not have a complete list of these numbers,
and the original records were destroyed some years ago.
The Board of Directors does have some HUD tag numbers, but not all of them. You might be able to locate your tag number by searching on the Boone County Recorder's Office website,
but you will need to create an account in order to login. You can then search either by last name of the current or previous owner, or by platted legal search
using the Lot # and the Subdivision Name "Shalimar Gardens." The document type will be "AFF" for "Affidavit of Affixation."
