Current Assessment Amount:
The 2024 annual assessment is set at $140.00 per year. Invoices are mailed out on or before June 1 each year and payment is due by July 1.
In 2024 there is also a one-time-only Special Assessment of $10.00 to raise funds to repair vandalism at the gazebo.
