2024 Annual Members Meeting
The 2024 Annual Members Meeting will be held at 6:30 pm on Friday, May 10, in the Boone Electric Coop Volt Meeting Room.
BBQ Picnic
Shalimar Gardens is hosting a neighborhood get-together. Come and meet your neighbors at the Lake on Saturday, May 18 at 4 pm.
We will provide a grill, charcoal, hot dogs, buns, toppings, drinks, chips, napkins and plates. Feel free to bring your own meat to throw on the grill
and cook yourself, and your own beverages of choice. Bring your own folding chairs or blankets to sit on, and any yard games you enjoy.
2024 Assessment
The 2024 annual assessment has been set at $140.00 per year. Invoices will be mailed to members in June 2024.
The deadline for payment is July 1, 2024.
Management Company hired
The Board of Directors selected Community Property Management (CPM) to provide accounting services effective October 1, 2021.
Although the Board is managing the day-to-day business of Shalimar Gardens HOA, you must contact CPM for billing questions and payments.
